Sierra Bernard is a junior playing volleyball for University of Nevada. She brings her passion for athletic expertise to her role as a fitness specialist at Living Gracefully, inspiring others to embrace active and healthy lifestyles.

Summer Suppik plays volleyball at the University of Nevada. Summer brings a wealth of athletic experience and a deep passion for fitness while being a fitness specialist for Living Gracefully. Beyond her collegiate volleyball career, she enjoys playing golf and pickleball showing her diverse interest in sports and wellness.
Our Services
We offer a variety of wellness services, including PT based, 1-hour long, seated fitness classes, family education and consultation, and assisted living education.
