Brittany Singleton is a Fitness Specialist and End-of-Life Doula who graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from Auburn University prior to earning her Master's degree in PT from Andrew's University. She started her career as an Exercise Specialist under the Clinton administration at the White House Athletic Center (WHAC). She has a certification as an end-of-life doula and established Living Gracefully to provide resources to the senior population. She is passionate about educating caregivers about proper qualifications when choosing a senior care provider.
Diana Dyer is a Senior Consultant, and Brittany's mother. She has had an extensive career at FedEx as a global sales executive. She then served the community with healing touch and Reiki. She has a passion for assuring aging not only gracefully, but dignified and with plenty of fun!
Katie Singleton serves as the Director of Operations for Living Gracefully. Her commitment to senior care stems from her personal experience caring for her parents in their later years, which ignited her strong desire to support and uplift the aging community. Beyond her professional role, she cherishes time with her husband and two teenage daughters in Northern California.
Kari Kearney is our Lead Fitness Specialist. She has been the foundation of Living Gracefully's fitness program. Kari received her B.S. degree from ASU in exercise science. She enjoys working with people of all ages and feels passionate about encouraging them to live their best life! Kari and her husband live in north Phoenix with their 3 children.
Kelly O'Connor is a Fitness Specialist and a life-long learner she enjoys passing that passion to others. She graduated from USC with a degree in social science and exercise science classes. As a college athlete, she's enjoyed learning how fitness can affect the whole person in a positive way. She resides in Litchfield Park with her husband and two daughters.
Shoni Rama is a Fitness Specialist End-of-Life Doula. She received her B.S. degree from the University of Memphis in Criminology and Justice where she played volleyball. She worked as a probation officer/presentence investigator for over 20 years before retiring. During that time she coached youth volleyball. She is passionate about fitness, nutrition, health and wellness. Her son currently attends UCLA where he plays men's volleyball, and her youngest daughter will attend Arizona State University and is on the women's volleyball team.
Shannon Stych is a dedicated fitness specialist with a passion for helping others stay active and healthy. After spending 20 years as a stay-at-home mom, she recently embarked on a new journey, bringing her love for movement and well-being to Senior Citizens. As a wife and proud mother of three boys, she understands the importance of staying strong and energized at every stage.

India Maselli is a Fitness Specialist with a degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies. India has found such joy since beginning to work with the senior community in recent years. That joy is what she wants to give back! She has always had a passion for fitness, staying active, and loves athletic challenges. She has completed a full marathon, multiple half marathons, and the Phoenix Summit Challenge. She resides in North Phoenix with her husband, Brian, and has two adult sons.
Erica Angell is a certified group fitness instructor with over 5 years of experience in the health and wellness space. After working in both natural and medical weight loss centers, she shifted her focus from quick fixes to sustainable health through clean eating and daily movement. Erica now runs a fitness studio from her home, helping women transform their bodies and lifestyle. While most of her work has been with younger women, she realizes the importance of expanding her passion to help seniors regain strength, mobility, and renewed vitality.
Hello, my name is Alexis. I have 3 beautiful teen kiddos and an amazing husband. We love to travel a lot so we make it happen as much as possible.
I’ve learned all about patience, compassion and empathy as a mom and in my life experiences. I live to help wherever I can and want to be a part of something bigger than myself. I earned my Associates degree in Fire Science, my Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Mental Health and Wellness with an emphasis in Prevention. I am currently in my Doctoral program earning my PhD in Clincal Psycholgy.
I work at Phoenix Children’s hospital as a Psychiatric technician in the Emergency Department, I also work for a company where I teach and help maintain goals for kids with special needs, I work as as substitute teacher all over the valley during the school year and now along side that with Living Gracefully.
Cheryl Markham has over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Cheryl brings extensive knowledge in rehabilitation, functional movement, and patient-centered care to my current role as an Exercise Specialist. Having worked in hospitals, rehab facilities, home health and educational settings, Cheryl is especially passionate about supporting the wellbeing of elderly adults through personalized, goal-oriented exercise programs that enhance independence and quality of life.
Sue Chandler - Fitness Specialist; 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. Sue has had the privilege of working with people of all ages and fitness levels. Sue and her husband reside in Scottsdale and have three adult children.
Kristi Miller is a Fitness Specialist who has always had a heart for spending time with the elderly. She believes that any form of moving the body is good for the mind, body and soul. She graduated Oklahoma State University with a degree in elementary education. She taught 5th grade for several years and then had the privilege of staying home to raise her 3 daughters; all who are grown and living their own life. Kristi and her husband have loved living in Phoenix for the past 35 years. She enjoys Pilates and hiking with her labradoodle, Owen.
Raye Gall is a Fitness Specialist and is a NBC-HWC nationally board-certified health and wellness coach along with being a certified yoga instructor. Raye has over 15 years of experience in health and wellness with a focus on chronic disease prevention and management. Raye has a passion for guiding people of all abilities on their wellness journey. Raye enjoys hiking, mountain biking and spending time with her husband and three sons when she is not serving our seniors.
