Since there is no "gold standard" in fitness for the geriatric population that addresses pain, rigidity, functional mobility, and serves as a pre-physical therapy program, we decided to create one that is safe and functionally based for the last 3 decades of life.
Our fitness specialists go through extensive training to be part of our team! Each fitness class is developed with 8-10 key physical therapy principles included. Each fitness specialist has a college degree and has had a health and fitness lead lifestyle.
