Jim Singleton is a retired sheriff's deputy from Santa Clara, California. After he retired from law enforcement he received his degree as a physical therapy assistant. Jim is passionate about giving seniors encouragement, and light through exercise and movement. Jim was a collegiate athlete and understands injuries early in life can return as pain and movement limitations later.
