Alyson Ashcraft joined Living Gracefully August of 2024 as our Director of Operations.  She graduated from the University of New Mexico with a B.S. in finance.  She has always had a passion for running and trained for multiple marathons throughout the years.  She resides in Scottsdale with her husband Ryan and three boys Landon, Ryder, and Chance.

Kimberly Tomassian, originally from North Dakota, moved to Arizona in 2003 as a special ed teacher. She later obtained her LNA certificate and has always made health, strength and well-being a family priority. Her background in education, fitness and healthcare is a great combination when working with all ages and abilities. She resides in North Phoenix with her husband Nik, their two pre-teen boy
